I received the "Account Locked" error message when attempting to login. What do I do?

Briefly describes account locked error condition and remedy steps

We are sorry you are having difficulties logging into the application. In most cases, the account locked status will clear within 15 minutes. Please retry your login after the 15 minute account reset period has elapsed.

If the issue persists or you receive an "account not recognized" error message, then please take the following actions:

  • Confirm you are using the same email to login as used for your initial application registration
  • Double check you are using the correct password (must be at least 8 characters long)
  • If login email and password are believed correct, then password reset request will be necessary.
