We apologize you had issues hearing the introduction video. Please follow the below steps to correct the audio issue and relaunch the video.

  1. Reboot/restart your smartphone.
  2. Adjust your phone volume within Settings.
  3. Relaunch the DROWZLE application and ensure WiFi is connected.
  4. To replay the introduction video:
  • Click the hamburger menu on the top right-hand corner
  • Click "How to Test"
  • Scroll through pages to last page (Page 5)
  • Scroll to bottom of screen, click the Watch button below Video: How to Use DROWZLE
